Nothing will be left to chance on the day with the all inclusive package. No hidden fees or charges will pop up and everything you will need is right here.

The following is offered to you for the fee of $1400

• A completely personalised, custom-made ceremony tailored to you as a couple

• Pre-wedding support with vows and recommendations for inclusions in your ceremony

• Lodgement of your Notice of Intended Marriage

• Travel to your ceremony *

• Prompt arrival; I arrive at least 1 hour prior to starting time and welcome and chat with family and guests and also assist planners and vendors with any last minute additions

• Unlimited correspondence leading up to the day via email and phone

• A rehearsal at the venue prior to the wedding day if logistically possible

• Use of my powerful Bose Pro PA system that delivers surround sound and wireless Sennheiser microphone

• Ceremony delivered on the day with professionalism, personality, style and sincerity

• Printed personal vow cards (previously emailed to me) and any readings for friends and family

• A commemorative Certificate of Marriage to present to you on the day

• Legal paperwork completed and timely submission on your behalf

• Outfit consultation

Paperwork Only/Local elopement

[Local elopement and paperwork ceremonies are a small scale wedding that hosts less than 10 people with the location set somewhere approximately within an hour of my home base]

I understand that some couples may wish for it to just be the two of them, so I’ve also included a paperwork only ceremony or a local elopement option.

For a legal wedding all you need is at least two witnesses over the age of 18, each other and myself of course. This style usually takes place at a Registry Office (check out their fees here) but, how about we add a little class and a little more fun to the day?! You will still need to have the Notice of Intended Marriage completed at least one month before the chosen day but we can complete the proceedings in a bar, at the beach, in your back yard or over a beautiful lunch (I’ve even wed two legends at their favourite burger joint - thanks Burgster, Palm Beach)

• Travel to your ceremony *

• Short Ceremony on the day

• Legal paperwork completed and timely submission on your behalf

ELOPEMENT

[Elopement where *excessive travel is necessary]

There is a massive surge in the wedding industry for an elopement style wedding. Just the two of you (and me and a some guests) anywhere in the world. It’s a wonderful way to combine your wedding and honeymoon in one epic trip.

You can choose an epic location in Australia which will mean we can conduct all of the legal paperwork on Australian soil, or, if you’re after something more exotic, we can complete the paperwork prior to the travel and then I can perform the ceremony for you at the location.

You will still need to have the Notice of Intended Marriage completed at least one month before the chosen day we sign the forms (in Australia) but we can complete the ceremony anywhere in the world (pending local restrictions but we’ll cross that bridge later)

• Unlimited correspondence leading up to the day via email and phone

• Legal paperwork completed and timely submission on your behalf

• Use of my powerful PA system that delivers quality sound (depending on flight restrictions)

• Ceremony delivered on the day with professionalism, personality, style and sincerity

• A commemorative Certificate of Marriage to present to you on the day

• Outfit consultation

Travel costs will be sent to you prior to departure. I don’t aim to make any profit from the travel costs, they are simply to cover the expenses of flights, accomodation and car hire. If it’s simply excessive km’s in the car, I’ll add a fee for this also.

**Why do you charge more for Elopement style weddings Meg?

I’m glad you asked. The work in preparing for an elopement is still the same as a large scale wedding, plus the booking of any travel is always extensive to keep costs down for you. Time away from my family is something that is factored in as well, as elopements often take me away on location for at least a day or two, so this is time that I can not perform other ceremonies.
